First, we need to check if the Date field has appeared on the registration form only then it can appear on the user profile.

Now since it’s marked as a compulsory field, when a user fills up this form, they have to write the date here. Also, I have selected the option “Display on Profile Page”, this will display registration date in WordPress user profiles.
As shown on the frontend view of the profile of user ‘User 2’, you can perfectly place the registration date on the ‘Profile’ section. I selected the ‘Profile’ section to display the date earlier in the ‘New Tab’ page.
