A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: If you haven’t already, please visit our official ProfileGrid website where you could purchase Premium or Premium+ bundle, or the specific extension you wish to use. If you have already purchased one or more ProfileGrid extensions, skip to Step 3.
To purchase any extension or bundle click on Download button, it redirects you to the checkout page.
Step 2: Upon successful checkout, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page. Here, you will find the License Keys for all the extensions you had in your cart.
Step 3: Alternatively, you can access your License Key by visiting the Order History page. To do this, log in to your account and navigate to Order History page from navigation bar. In this section, you will find, all the purchases you have made earlier along with several options like ‘View Details and Downloads’, ‘View Licenses’ and ‘View Invoice’.
Step 4: Click on the “View Licenses” option. This will redirect to a page which displays all the extensions in your purchase along with their respective License keys in a table. You can access the license key for a specific extension by clicking on the 🔑 icon located under the corresponding entry in the table.
Step 5: Before activating a license key on your WordPress website, you will need to add your website’s URL in Manage Sites section of the extension.
Step 6: Download the extension from View Details and Downloads tab in Order History Section of your ProfileGrid account. Then install the downloaded file to your WordPress. After successful installation of the plugin. It will be visible in the licenses tab of your WordPress.
Step 7: Now, to activate the purchased extension on your website, click on the Global Settings menu item in ProfileGrid’s User Profiles menu. Navigate to the License tab on this page. In the License Settings, enter the license key you obtained from the ProfileGrid website for the extension you purchased. After adding the key, you will see a new button Activate License. Click on the button, and validity of the license key will appear in the Validity column.
Please note, if you have purchased Premium Bundle, you will still need to enter individual license keys for each extension, apart from the Premium Bundle license key.
