ProfileGrid’s integration with WooCommerce extensions is a significant step in combining user profiles with WooCommerce’s eCommerce capabilities. With the ‘basic’ ProfileGrid & WooCommerce Integration, you can showcase WooCommerce purchases and other customer-oriented activities within user profiles. With the ‘advanced’ ProfileGrid & WooCommerce Integration, possibilities are endless. Let’s discuss them. Before we start, you need to have the following plugins installed and activated.
Next, it is time to turn your ProfileGrid user profile into a WooCommerce shop.
The Global Setting
After installation and activation from the ‘Plugins’ tab inside the WP dashboard, go to the ‘Global Settings’ under the ‘ProfileGrid’ dashboard tab. Go to ‘WooCommerce (Advanced)’ and click the icon.
Enable Advanced WooCommerce Integration.
The Group Settings
Once the advanced integration is enabled, it will add three new options to the Group Settings screen in the dashboard.
- Display WooCommerce Vendor Dashboard Tab: This option displays the complete WooCommerce Vendor Dashboard of WC Vendors Marketplace inside your ProfileGrid user profile. If you are using the Pro version of WC Vendors Marketplace, then the enhanced version of the WooCommerce Vendor Dashboard will display. This tab will only be visible on user’s own profile.
- Display Shop Tab: This option displays all WooCommerce products uploaded by a user for sale, right inside ProfileGrid user profile. This tab will be visible to all users.
- Display Shop Settings Tab: This option displays the settings related to shop setup as provided by WC Vendors Marketplace.
Advanced WooCommerce User Profiles
Now that all the required settings are configured from the ProfileGrid dashboard, let’s see how the WooCommerce profile appears on the front-end of our website.
WooCommerce Vendor Dashboard tab displays all the statistics provided by WC Vendors to WooCommerce vendors.
Shop tab displays the products uploaded by a vendor for sale using the WooCommerce and WC Vendors plugins. ProfileGrid WooCommerce user profiles can serve as a marketplace where users can buy and sell products, build a community, make friends, join groups, and engage in text chats.
Shop Settings tab displays all the settings controlling the vendor’s shop. Vendor can configure Shop name, Description, Bank Details, etc.

If I use woo memberships – and then maybe user profiles could simply store it so i could then start customizing my site based on membership…. I also wonder about woo-commerce sensi ( lms )
That could prove to be versatile but I don’t use it and wonder how well it works as a lms.
Be nice to create memberships so when people join a group they are assigned a membership – dunno?

Extension “Advanced Woorcommerce” allows for integration of its eCommerce feature in user profile area. Please make sure you have enabled ProfileGrid, WooCommerce, and WC Vendors Marketplace before enabling the Advance Woocommerce extension. hello I’m interested in ProfileGrid premium, but $79 is too much for me. Whereas I only need 3 or 4 premium extensions. Can’t premium extensions be sold separately 😀
one more, opening an account at Codecanyon might greatly increase the sales of ProfileGrid Premium. I see your competitors are not even comparable to the free version of ProfileGrid

I’ve activate the plugin, but I can’t find the Group Settings to activate the tabs. Where can I find the Group Settings?

First, you have to configure the Global settings to activate the features, then.
1. Click on the ProfileGrid menu >> Group Manager >> You can click on the created group’s settings here.
2. If you want to enable Profile Tabs, then Go to Global settings >> Profile Tabs.
Save the settings to apply changes.

ProfileGrid plugin is without doubt the best membership plugin EVER. In fact ProfileGrid makes other membership plugins look like Babies. While, I personally love the ProfileGrid plugin, but due to some other features offered by WCFM multi-vendor marketplace plugin, i had to choose to build a temporary multi-vendor buddypress website that integrates with WCFM and Tutor LMS to provide online marketplace shopping support in Trade Fair program i organized.
Tutor LMS is the best WordPress LMS plugin for eLearning and a ProfileGrid Integration with these plugins will transform the ProfileGrid capabilities more enhanced. Though i would have been more satisfied if i used ProfileGrid with a WCFM & Tutor LMS integration and I personally think it will be the best fit for ProfileGrid to also have a WCFM integration and Tutor LMS integration. My reason are compelling.

I personally am interested in having a ProfileGrid integration with WCFM and Tutor LMS for my next event coming up in January 2025 and I also believe many more businesses will love to have such integrations in place.
