Overview
Allow users to upload and manage personal photos on their user profiles.

- Adds a new 'Photos' tab to Profile page
- User can create a photo albums and upload photos to them

Album visibility can be set to:
- Public
- Registered users only
- Group members only
- Friends only
- Private
- Any user who has access to view photo can post comments on it.
- Any registered user can comment on photos inside public albums.
- User can delete his/ her Albums, individual photos and comments on photos.
- Visiting users can delete their own comment
