Assign ProfileGrid users to MailPoet lists with custom field mapping and options for users to manage subscriptions.

Features
- Allow new Users to subscribe to a MailPoet list when they register for a Group.
- Allow existing Users to subcribe to a MailPoet list from their Profile pages (under the 'Settings' tab).
- Subscribing from ProfileGrid will automatically add Users to the selected MailPoet list.
- Allows you to add multiple MailPoet lists for Users to select from and subscribe to.
- Control which MailPoet lists will be available for subscription on different Groups.
- Map Group fields with MailPoet list fields to automatically sync User information from that Group with the selected MailPoet list.
- Allows Users to subscribe or unsubscribe to MailPoet lists from their Profile pages whenever they want to.
