Overview
Allow user to add Profile Labels to their User Profiles as an additional way to list important information, such as user interests and/or designation.

- Admin can create default profile labels; user can select a profile label while editing the profile.
- Admin can assign multiples profile labels to multiple users (Dashboard > members page)
- Admin can assign multiples profile labels to the group; these profile labels can be applied to both new and existing users of the group.
- Admin can filter members based on specific profile labels on member page in the dashboard.
- Profile labels can be given an optional description, which is displayed on the front-end when the profile label is hovered over.
- User can filter members based on specific profile labels on the search page.
