How do you change the profile image? I can’t change the main profile image or the members image. No link in the pop up to upload???
Users can change their profile image on “My Profile” page. Please refer to the following steps to change the image:
1) Login to the site front end and go to “My Profile” page. Hover the pointer over profile image, and “Update Image” link will display.
2) Click on this link- a pop up will appear.
3) Click on “Change Image” link and browse to the new image. Save it.
There is no image to change but when a user wants to upload an image it show change buttor. After clicking change button it redirect profile page and nothing happens. Mission is failed.
Please check this after deactivating the other plugins except for ProfileGrid on site. If you still face the issue, we will require access details. Please reach out to us through our support page on our site and we can help you further.
